Professor Sagers Quoted in New York Times on Fox-Time Warner Merger
Chris Sagers, the James A. Thomas Distinguished Professor of Law at Cleveland-Marshall, is quoted in this week’s “Common Sense” column, by James Stewart, in the New York Times. Stewart’s column is critical of the proposed acquisition by Rupert Murdoch’s entertainment empire of Time-Warner, a deal that would combine major movie studies and television production assets.

Professor Sterio Signs New Book Contract
Professor and Associate Dean for Faculty Enrichment Milena Sterio signed a book contract with Routledge. Professor Sterio’s book will be entitled “Prosecuting Juvenile Piracy Suspects: The International Legal Framework,” and will likely appear in print in early 2016.
