On February 27, 2020, Professor Heidi Gorovitz Robertson participated on a panel at West Virginia University School of Law. The symposium, Home Rule, a State and Local Law Symposium was hosted and organized by the West Virgina Law Review. Robertson’s panel was entitled Home Rule and the Environment: Exploring how municipalities address environmental policy gaps including farmland solar policy and pipeline routing.

Robertson is C|M|LAW’s Steven W. Percy Distinguished Professor of Law and a Professor of Environmental Studies at the Levin College of Urban Affairs.
