Professor Milena Sterio presented at a book roundtable at Temple Law School on February 21; the book roundtable convened experts in International Criminal Law to discuss Professor Darryl Robinson’s (Queen’s University Faculty of Law, Canada) new book, “Exploring Justice in Extreme Cases: Criminal Law Theory Meets International Criminal Law.” The Roundtable was hosted by Temple Law’s Institute for International Law and Public Policy. Professor Sterio’s presentation will be published in the form of an article by the Temple Journal of International and Comparative Law, under the title “Darryl Robinson’s Model for International Criminal Law: Deontic Principles Developed Through a Coherentist Approach.”
