Chris Sagers, the James A. Thomas Professor of Law, was quoted in James Stewart’s “Common Sense” column in the New York Times, concerning the European Commission’s landmark $5 billion fine against Google this week.
He also participated in a teleconference for investors hosted by the Council of Institutional Investors, concerning the Justice Department’s loss in its antitrust challenge to the merger of AT&T and Time Warner. Other participates were James Cox of Duke University law school, and Yelena Larkin of the Department of Finance at York University in Toronto, Ontario.
