Professor Ray participated in a panel discussion of the draft Privilege and Work Product in Data Breach Litigation White Paper at the Sedona Conference Data Security and Privacy Working Group 11 mid-year meeting in San Diego.  He is a member of the white paper drafting group. He also presented on Legal Issues in IoT at the Greater Cleveland Partnership’s annual CIO Forum and on Cleveland-Marshall’s cybersecurity education and training programs at two events, the Cybersecurity Training and Technology Forum in Colorado Springs and the Northeast Ohio CyberConsortium monthly sharing meeting.
