Professor Deborah A. Geier has published “A Tribute to Professor Erik Jensen” at 67 Case W. Res. L. Rev. 649 (2017). Professor Geier was a tax student of Professor Jensen at Case Western Reserve School of Law, and she wrote this piece as part of a Festschrift published in his honor by CWRU’s law review to celebrate him upon his retirement.
