On, November 16, 2012, the International Criminal Tribunal for Yugoslavia’s Appellate Chamber overturned a guilty verdict issued by the Trial Chamber against two Croatian generals accused of various crimes against the Serbian civilian population in Croatia during the civil war in the 1990’s.
